Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

2 lb. chicken wings
1 cup white wine
1 cup broth
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Sauce
1 tbsp Butter and olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Pan sauce 
1 tbsp parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Mix first 8 ingredients in a baking dish. Bake covered with foil 1 hour, flipping halfway through and removing foil

2. Remove from pan, place on broil pan and broil until skin crispy. Reserve sauce.

3. Meanwhile,  sauté garlic in oil and butter. Add pan sauce, parsley and spices.

4. Remove wings, sprinkle with Parmesan and toss in sauce. Enjoy!
