Red Cabbage Salad
1/2 red cabbage, shredded
4 cloves garlic, pressed
juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp mayo (I use low-fat)
salt, to taste
1. Whisk garlic, lemon juice, mayo and salt in a bowl. Add cabbage and mix to combine.
2. Let sit for at least 30 min for flavors to blend. Enjoy!
